After being dedicated to the sport for years, some keep wrestling, whereas some decided to seek out other opportunities. As the daughter of legendary wrestler Ric Flair, Charlotte Flair has been doing just as well out of her career. Not long after her WWE debut in 2013, she won the NXT Women's Championship and Rookie of the Year. Her outstanding performances got her promoted to the WWE's main roster in 2015.

Charlotte Flair continued winning awards, including Woman of the Year and World's Top Female Wrestler for 2016. Along with Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch, they recently became the first females to headline WrestleMania, which shows that Charlotte has no plan for slowing down anytime soon. 

3. TRIPLE H - THEN

Paul Michael Levesque, known as Triple H, started his wrestling career in 1996 with WWE. He made it all the way up to the 14th on world championships with a 5-time Intercontinental champion, a 2-time European champion and a 14-time world champion.

Known by her ring name Sable, Rena Marlette was one of the original WWE Divas who paved the way for women in the industry today. She had a tough journey with WWE and filed a lawsuit for harassment and poor working conditions. Sable gained a WWE Women's Championship belt and became one of the top 5 WWE stars in the Attitude Era.

The 'woman warrior' Sable is now better known as Mrs. Lesnar and mum of 3 lovely children. Even though she spends as much time as possible with family, she still appears on TV shows like Pacific Blue from time to time.

John Cena was known for his aggression and trash-talking, which caused a few feuds with others in the wrestling industry. He's one of the most recognizable WWE stars of all time. He has won quite a few titles, including the United States championship, World Tag Team championship, and World Heavyweight championship over the years.

Cena has appeared less often in the ring since 2018. Other than being a wrestler, he's also known as a musician, actor, and philanthropist, and he's doing pretty well for himself. He recently showed up in the 9th movie of The Fast & Furious franchise.

Beginning her career as a fitness model, Trish Stratus later found her way into wrestling and started working with the WWE. She gradually proved herself through her incredible performances in the ring, which showed that she's not just a pretty face but a good wrestler, and earned the title of WWE Hardcore champion and Diva of the Decade.

Trish was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as one of the youngest members in 2013. To spend more time with her family, she decided to retire after a few appearances in 2018. Recently, she has been following her acting dream and appeared in Bail Enforcers and Gridlocked. 

11. 'THE ROCK' DWAYNE JOHNSON - THEN

Known as ‘The Rock,’ Dwayne Johnson came from a wrestling family. His grandfather and father were both wrestlers, and his grandmother was involved in wrestling promotions too. After an unsuccessful attempt at an NFL career, he accepted the calling to be a wrestler, which turned out to be the right decision considering the countless awards and 8 WWE titles he later won.

Other than wrestling, Johnson found himself a good fit in the entertainment industry and took the chance to make his way onto the big screen. So far, he has starred in quite a few hits, including The Fast & Furious franchise, and has gained good box office results.

From a model to a receptionist to finally a wrestler, Stephanie McMahon worked her way up in WWE from a young age. With great effort, she won the WWF Women's Championship and 2 Slammy Awards. In 2013, she married Triple H to become a power couple in the wrestling world.

Nowadays, Stephanie is the chief brand officer for WWE. She deeply loves wrestling and the whole industry, which makes her pretty unwillingly to do anything else. She's now also a mother to 3 children.

15. 'THE UNDERTAKER' MARK CALAWAY - THEN

Known as 'The Undertaker,' Mark William Calaway started his career in wrestling with a persona of pure darkness. He gained 17 championship titles during his time with WWE and had a streak of 21 unbeaten matches at Wrestlemania.

Although 'The Undertaker' started his career in 1990, he doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon. He has continued to show up in the ring despite multiple supposed retirements. Considering how he's doing now, there is no doubt he will remain one of the most popular performers of all time, even after his actual retirement. 

17. MICK FOLEY - THEN

Beginning his wrestling career in 1983, Mick Foley has made himself unforgettable even under different names, including Cactus Jack, Mankind, Dude Love, etc. He earned the title "The Hardcore Legend" by competing in the most dangerous matches. Apart from claiming several titles in the WWF Championship, he was inducted in the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013.

Besides his sporadic appearances in the ring throughout the years, he has spent a lot of time working with charities. Writing not only memoirs but also children's fiction, he is also a New York Times bestselling author. No matter how busy Foley is, he always makes time for fans. 

19. HULK HOGAN - THEN

Hulk Hogan is one of the most recognizable wrestlers of all time, not to mention he was the face of '80s wrestling. He was such a pop culture icon that he can be found on magazine covers, talk shows, and even cartoons. Hogan was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2005 as a 6-time Heavyweight champion.

20. HULK HOGAN - NOW

Hogan's contract with WWE was terminated in 2015 due to a leaked controversial adult video. Despite the controversy, he has still managed to show up in the ring on occasion, and finally got back to the ring in 2019. Now, he has his own reality show, Hogan Knows Best, and a movie, where he is portrayed by Chris Hemsworth.
