Obese Woman Loses 124 Pounds Thanks To Selfie A Day Habit
Justine McCabe's husband John Paul committed suicide not long before she lost her mother. Though painful, she mourned for them the next three month. As her family and friends suggested, she chose to lift her spirits by fitness.
McCabe had said publicly having overweight at 313 pounds. She was filled with much fear losing both her husband and mother. She began taking photo of herself every day which records her progress on weight loss. 365 days later, she successfully lost 124 pounds. She tried to tackle her fears by parasailing, skydiving, and cliff jumping.
McCabe's story isn't about the appearance of happiness. She has to survive living without her husband and mum, push herself to face all the fears and challenge, and live a proud life as she could.
